Return Policy

We accept unopened, unmarked bottles in resalable condition of most products within 30 days. To be fully credited for such returns you must CLICK HERE to contact us for a return authorization number. Also please include the invoice number as well as your name and the reason for the return. A restocking fee may be applicable. Perishable items are non-returnable.

Heat Sensitive Shipping Policy

Products requiring shipment in a cool environment are subject to special shipping procedures due to their sensitive nature. We have these procedures to ensure that you continue to receive our products in good condition. We recommend that Heat Sensitive Products ship out for overnight delivery. Heat Sensitive Products ordered after 6:30 PM EST Thursday or before 6:30 PM EST on Friday will be shipped out Monday when you opt for overnight shipping, or, overnight Saturday delivery.

Returns will not be allowed on any heat sensitive items that are not shipped overnight unless the product was damaged when received. CLICK HERE to notify us within 24 hours of the time and date that you have received your order.

If a you choose not to have Heat Sensitive Products shipped overnight you must take responsibility for the order and agree that we will not accept a return of the heat sensitive item(s).
